The reception is open 24 hours a day.

You may check in from 3 pm. Check out is possible until midday.

If you would like an early check-in or a late check-out you must inform the reservations department prior to your arrival. If you are onsite you may ask at Reception. An extra charge may be applied.

The Hotel Chais Monnet & Spa has a spa, a gourmet restaurant “Les Foudres”, a French style brasserie “La Distillerie”, a bar “Le Jazzbar 1838”, and during the summer season a rooftop bar. 

Additionally, there is a Business Center workspace and a lounge area "Café Angélique"

The Hotel Chais Monnet & Spa is a former Cognac wine storehouse renovated into a 5-star hotel.
Numerous historical landmarks are still visible today: the former cooperage transformed into the hotel bar, the former storage tuns in the gourmet restaurant.

No, smoking is not permitted in the rooms.

All our rooms are equipped with a safe, minibar, capsule coffee machine, a king-size bed, walk-in shower, and air conditioning. Bathtubs and walk-in wardrobes are available in the higher room categories.

We cannot guarantee a specific room number at booking. Please let us know if you have a preference, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

The establishment does not have an in-house babysitter. Our teams will be happy to assist you in arranging childcare. Rates are available upon request.

The Hotel Chais Monnet & Spa has parking spaces on the forecourt, as well as a semi-covered parking located on your right as you drive in the hotel.

In case of food allergies, we will ask you to specify your allergies to our reservation team. For dust mite allergies we can provide you with anti-allergenic pillows and duvets on request, and all our rooms have wood floorings.
