On sunny days, enjoy our terrace and savor traditional cuisine, enhanced by the expertise of our chefs. Breakfast: 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. (Sundays until 10 a.m.).
Lunch is served from 12:00 p.m. and dinner from 7:00 p.m.

Chef Amine Bouifeghraouen
Amine Bouifeghraouen is taking over as head chef at La Distillerie.
Amine joined the restaurant in October 2022 as Head de Partie and worked alongside Fröde Torset, following a stint at the Marriott Rabat in Joël Robuchon’s gourmet kitchen.
Passionate about management and building close-knit teams, Amine strives to create a generous and vibrant culinary experience, centered on seasonal ingredients and the freshest produce available.
The menu will continue to evolve with the changing seasons, always with the goal of surprising our customers.
