Currently being redesigned, the Café Angélique opens its doors exclusively for private events. This intimate venue, imbued with charm and refinement, pays homage to angelica - the emblematic plant of our region, nicknamed "angel weed".
In this cosy setting, it's possible to organize exceptional moments, around the pastry creations of chef Alexandre Mornet and a selection of exceptional teas signed "Le Palais des Thés".
Café Angélique can be privatized on request, to make your receptions, meetings or gourmet moments unique and memorable experiences.

Discover the sweet excellence of Hotel Chais Monnet & Spa with our talented pastry chef, Alexandre Mornet. Originally from Brittany, Alexandre perfected his skills for five years alongside the renowned chef Christophe Hay at "La Maison d'à côté" in Montlivault, where they jointly earned a second Michelin star. Passionate about local produce, Alexandre is committed to bring out the best in the region's products in each of his creations. Be sure to try out his signature dessert in our Michelin-starred restaurant "Les Foudres": steamed and raw brioche, a veritable symphony of textures and flavors that will delight your taste buds.
