Hôtel Chais Monnet & Spa joins forces with Maison Delamain to offer a unique cognac getaway, including an intimate and exclusive dinner in the heart of Maison Delamain's historic cellars.

This first-of-its-kind "Escapade Cognac" offers visitors a complete sensory immersion in the world of cognac, right in the heart of the prestigious Maison Delamain. This unique journey features a dinner in the cellar, at a unique table, signed by a private chef, where local gastronomic dishes are paired with some of the house's most precious cognacs.

This dinner is designed to awaken and then sublimate the senses, plunging guests into a sensory journey made possible by one of the world's most complex spirits. Made from grapes and the fruit of an exceptional terroir, cognac reveals, at its peak, an incomparable aromatic and gustatory richness.

This exceptional cellar dinner offers an immersive and personal experience, somewhere between daydreaming and discovery, with a selection of rare, vintage cognacs from the Grande Champagne region, accompanied by a menu specially designed to transform aromatic magic into gustatory magic, and leave a memorable imprint on guests' sensory memories.
Each dish is designed to reveal the richness and finesse of the exceptional cognacs from the Maison Delamain, the pairings creating moments of suspended magic and absolute refinement.

Three-course menu:
A starter accompanied by "La Rambaudie" parcel cognac
A main course sublimated by the freshly-launched 1995 vintage
A dessert paired with the extraordinary "L'Oiseau Rare", an exceptional cognac aged for many years.

Before dinner, guests will have access to an exclusive, private tour of the winery, outside opening hours, with tasting of old cognacs directly from the barrel.

5:30 pm: Private tour of the cellars
7:00 pm: Aperitif in the Delamain showroom
7:30 pm: Dinner in the "Grand Chai", in the heart of the old cellars still in use
9:30 pm: Option of a digestif and cigar pairing in the Delamain garden
