Hôtel Chais Monnet has four fabulous places to eat and drink.

The gourmet restaurant Les Foudres and the brasserie La Distillerie are run by chef Sébastien Broda, our jazz bar Le 1838 serves cognacs and cocktails whilst Angélique Café offers a range of delicious desserts and  french pastries. By working with local producers, our aim is to share the incredible variety of excellent local fresh produce and farm-to-table treats with our guests every day.
