La Distillerie: luxury all-day dining

When our chef Sébastien Broda imagined La Distillerie, his intention was to create a modern brasserie with a menu based on fresh, locally sourced produce and seasonal eating. Open 7 am to 10 pm daily, La Distillerie serves traditional cuisine with a modern twist in a relaxed and cosy atmosphere.

And weekends are even more special: why not join us on Saturday night for a “table d’hôte”, with a set menu devised by our chef, or make our Sunday brunch your meal of the day?
