Trained by some of the world’s top chefs, such as the trailblazing Roger Vergé who is one of the leading lights in contemporary gastronomy, Sébastien headed the kitchens at Cannes’ Grand Hôtel for 8 years where he was awarded a Michelin star in 2008.

Sébastien’s respect for locally produced natural ingredients will be seasoned with a very personal touch of southern sun, revisiting our terroir and French culinary tradition with his characteristic modesty and trademark excellence.
